takara is within walking distance of the hotel. we were able to visit qurum beach that was not far from the venue.

Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Char that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Honestly nothing too much trouble. Nice base for a city break in Muscat! We greatly enjoyed the a swimming pool.
